Unable to Post Photos When Leaving Feedback

This is not a new issue, I'm very rarely able to actually post any photos when leaving feedback. Otherwise it always says "We are unable to upload your photo(s). Please try again."
The photos I'm attempting to upload are JPEGs that are approx. 770 kb in size. They're literally pictures of custom stickers applied to a plastic toy, and they do not violate terms of service. I've only included that information because I know if I don't, a dozen people will ask. Like I said, the photo feedback functionality very rarely works as advertised, and it would be nice if it were more reliable.
