Since you posted your reasoning for appealing the return decision, here is some information you should know. What you are asking eBay to do is not within their policy, so they won't accommodate your request.
If a buyer returns an item that has been damaged or used, you may be eligible to issue a partial refund. Check the full policy for eligibility requirements. If you are not eligible to do this, then you must issue a full refund. The buyer doesn't get a choice to accept this, if the seller/item/transaction is eligible, then there will be an option to withhold some of the refund.

·2 years agoIf the buyer filed an INAD, trying to appeal is probably a waist of time.
When I have problems uploading images, I close and restart the browser.
Sometimes a bad internet connection will cause problems.
