Unable to list items for sale from my draft list "We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working"

For the past 16 hours or so when I try to list an item from my draft list (I often curate my listings over time before publishing to make sure everything is perfect when they go live), I get sent to page that states this error.

Well, this is embarrassing.

We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.

Please try again later.

I just want to list my items! Please fix promptly. Thank you.

I have the same issue. For the last 3 days it says:

Well, this is embarrassing.

We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.

Please try again later.

Well I still can't list from my drafts. Someone please help.

Actually, I'm revising this. This happens when I click on the draft! So i can't see the draft of the item, much less list it.
