Unable to Edit or Revise Listings â€“ Page Keeps Spinning

Hello eBay Team,

Iâ€™m having trouble editing or revising my listings. Whenever I click Edit or Revise, the page just keeps spinning and never loads. Iâ€™ve tried clearing my cache, switching browsers, and testing on a different device, but the issue continues.

Could you please check if this is a current technical problem affecting other sellers as well? It seems like something may be going on with the system right now.

I have been around this block way too often, in doing so here is what I have found that works somewhat better..when on ebay.com things seemed to deteriorate rapidly when trying to edit or even upload pictures and gets dragged down with you watching the circle of death

Regardless of the standard blah blah answers of trying a different browser etc etc...it is ebays responsibility if they want to keep generating sales to make their platform function on at the very least the main browsers.

But it seems ebay.ca operates a little bit better and no where near as many issues and while the uploading and editing pictures is much more rapid up to 3 pictures after 3 pictures it becomes very lame and may not ever up load at all much less edit on either .com or .ca.

Many issues on .com are not present on .ca and will make your day a little bit easier than battling one more issue on .com.

Why does it work better, I do not know for certain...but I have my thoughts...

edit listings page is down, Having the same issue for multiple days and in multiple browsers . I have tried clearing history/cache and cookies . does anyone know if there is a fix in the work? I would also say they have been making some changes I do not like

All items are on sale. this is most likely a regional platform issue. Just now I tried again to edit and the

- page came back.

Exact same problem. Can edit/revise on phone, but can't via ANY browser (Edge, Chrome, etc.). On PC it displays loading screen shown in post #3 above. Clearing cache, cookies, etc. does nothing. Clearly an ebay issue.

This is NOT the eBay team. This community consist of ebay buyers and sellers.

I have been revising much of the day without issues. Perhaps you should look into your internet or wifi connection. A weak connection will cause the spinning you see.

Check your wired internet connection: Connect your device directly to the router using an Ethernet cable to see if the internet is functioning properly. If it matches your internet bill, but the Wi-Fi is slow, the issue may be with the Wi-Fi coverage.
Test your Wi-Fi signal: Run a speed test near the router and in weak areas to determine if the problem lies with the Wi-Fi network or the internet connection.
Update your router firmware: Keeping your router's firmware up to date can improve performance and connectivity.
Reposition your router: If your router is in a corner or cabinet, try moving it to a central location to improve coverage.
Check for interference: Appliances, microwaves, and neighboring networks can interfere with your Wi-Fi signal. Try moving your router further away from these sources.

To fix a web browser page that is spinning:

Clear Cache and Cookies: Access the Clear Browsing Data menu by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac), select "All time" as the time range, and delete all data. Restart Chrome and try reloading the affected web pages.
