Count me in, same problem. Tried Firefox and Edge, turning off adblockers. The notification window which usually shows up in the lower left corner does not appear either. Download folder empty of new documents.
I can get the summary statement only, not enough data.
Same issue. I tried both Firefox and Chrome under Windows 11. And the summary statement is doesn't even show gross sales or total eBay fees, just "Orders (Total minus fees)."
I'm having the same trouble. I tried earlier, but it's still not downloading. I have no trouble getting the summary statement. Ebay if you could reply when this is resolved, that would be helpful, thanks!

·7 months agoSame here. This happened last month too however I changed browsers and it worked. This month neither Safari or Chrome on laptop or phone is working.

·7 months agoHow many complaints does eBay have to get before they fix this issue?
Very annoying when they tell you a statement is ready and it will not
download. They make changes to customize the report, but do not
make sure it works in all browsers. Sick of all of eBays glitches.
Get some better technical workers eBay! Don't we pay you enough in fees???

Cleared cache and rebooted.
Tried again, nothing. Using latest updated Firefox.
Tried Chrome again nothing.
What browser are you using?

OP7 months agoWell shucks, the Download didn't pop up, but I did get the email saying it was ready, then upon clicking that i was able to receive it

·7 months agoA couple days ago, I finally got four or five emails telling me that the Full Statement for February was available. I was able to download it then.
