I'm unable to download my financial statements. I get the error: "We ran into a problem. Please try again."
I have tried many times.
Used Chrome and Microsoft Edge

·2 years agoThis is still broken. File click initially prompted 'we ran into a glitch' now file downloads at zero bytes (empty) and will not open.

I’m having same issue. When will this be resolved? Some of these comments started in March and it’s STILL an issue??

·3 years agoTry signing out then into ebay classic site. Thats the only way I can download the statements.

Good morning @coolfindsinsocal, @cjscomputingsolutionstx, @rpgdoujin1977, @Anonymous, and @lindadkelso. There is currently an active site issue for this (ALERT14524) which I am adding to the technical board now. This does require a screenshot to get you added to the ticket, so if you would like to attach a screenshot of the error and no personal information here, I'll get everyone added.

·3 years agoI uploaded a screen shot and asked to be added to technical alert 14524. They ask for a screen shot of the error message page to add your username to the repair ticket. I hope that works!

·3 years agoI'm having the same issue on a Mac using Chrome. I cleared cache and still having the issue.

·3 years agoI am getting the same problem. I use safari. When I contacted eBay they said to clear the cache and use google chrome. I tried it on the android phone, same response. I think eBay has the issue, not us. Anyway, I haven’t resolved the issue either.
