Unable to delete custom message folders in New Messenger Experience
I created folders in the Messages section and I can't delete them. I tried on desktop in multiple browsers and on mobile to see if there was a difference, but it was all the same. I deleted all messages in each folder too to see if some kind of icon for deleting appears, but got nothing. Please resolve when available.

·9 months agoThis is a known issue for well over a year, but it's obviously not a priority for eBay to address.
You can click the ? on the bottom right of the page and select the link to report a tech issue. It'll go to the product developers and remind them this is still a problem.
