Unable to cancel a customers order who hasn't paid or responded.
Hey I'm having an issue where I can't cancel A customer's order. I've tried contacting the seller and have gotten no response. I have also tried both on the website and app but both just say that ebay is down yet everything else on the site works.

·1 year agoA buyer can only request cancellation not cancel an order. A seller can ignore a request for cancellation and ship the order.
I am confused as to whether you are the buyer or seller.

·1 year agoOn what date did the buyer win the auction?
Did you send any invoices and if so, on what date did you send the last invoice?
Did the buyer use "shop more, ship together"?
Did the buyer submit a cancellation request that timed out or was declined?
Depending on the answers to those questions, you may not have reached the timeline for cancelling yet.
