Unable to archive sold and shipped items. Single items seem to go away, but multiple items (25) ordered and shipped I cant archive.

OP3 years agoJust out of curiosity.....How many are experiencing the problem with just UPS tracking numbers? I now have two orders I am unable to archive, and just noticed they both were sent via UPS. Just a thought.

eBay recently fixed the ability to archive single item orders, but it's still having issues with multi-item orders.
Contact customer service and ask them to add your account to the open tech ticket:
