Trying to leave feedback for a buyer
I have been trying to leave feedback for a buyer. In my Seller Hub, it shows I have one feedback to leave. When I do it, I get the message I have already left feedback, when I haven't. Some kind of glitch, I guess.

OP5 months ago205587065810 Seller Hub says its Shipped and Awaiting Feedback. But when I leave feedback, it says I have already, which I haven't. It doesn't show up under the Leave Feedback page. On the Paid and Shipped orders page it shows it should still be left. Does not show up on Feedback Left for Others.

·5 months agoI cannot see any indication of feedback left for that listing, so you should be able to leave feedback unless you have already done so and it was removed for some reason. But it would be odd for Seller Hub to prompt you to leave feedback in that case, so I do not understand the issue.
Perhaps wait a day and try again.
Is the buyer still registered? If not, that would prevent feedback from being left. Or if the buyer was a guest.

Check your feedback left for others to see if it appears. If not, try leaving feedback using this link:
