Trouble uploading pics into new listings...

Everything was working fine up to yesterday, but today, when trying to take pics for new listings and uploading them, all I get is the circle going round and round, then the title and price disapear from the listing. Is something going on on the backend that has changed? Is there a new way to take and upload pics now? Getting behind in uploading my listings. I have been using my iphone to take the pics and transferring them to my desktop. When I try to list from my iphone, just getting a black screen. Tks
