Trouble listing! Will not save variation changes!
What do I do after finishing 14 variations,
get to the bottom of the page click save,
and it never loads?
Just the circle around and around!!
If I leave the page I will lose 45 minutes work!!!
Can anyone help??

·11 months agoIn my experience, the main problem with variations happens if you try to "sell similar". For variations, you have to start completely fresh, with a brand new listing. Good luck.

·11 months agoSorry you lost the work. I’ve always had that same experience and just gave up on using variations. They take a bunch of time to set up and are super glitchy when you get more than a couple into it..

OP11 months agoFirst time I have had trouble in all these years.
I agree listing separately is easier, but you don't
get to see all the colors available for a lace style
grouped together.

·11 months agoDid you look in your "drafts" to see if possibly that listing was saved there? I tried a few listings w/ variations yesterday and also experiences the same issues. I went into my drafts today and picked up where I left off and was actually able to post 2 listings w/ 30+ variations. I've also had good luck w/" sell similar" and using a listing that already has variations, erasing all existing variations, inputting the needed variations and then I found posting the listing was w/o any sort of glitch. It's not ideal, but it's a work around until this and all the other glitches can be fixed. Too bad all that $$$ spent on AI can't fix anything.
You will find "drafts" under your listings heading in seller hub.

OP11 months agoSince it did not save the changed variations,
the draft did not reflect the changes.
Yes, I did use sell similiar.
Deleting the colors and changing to the new ones.
So frustrated after getting all the pictures ready,
entering all the info, and then a stupid glitch.
Makes me want to never list again.
I have enough listed already.

·11 months ago@sewbusybiz I feel your frustration!!!! I just tried to post a few more listings and is was so frustrating with all the constant error messages. All week -- so many glitches! I bailed and went to list on the other platforms where I sell w/ zero issues and an immediate 34 sales in the past hr. eBay does not want my listings. And I have customers who are requesting these items.
