Trouble getting into my account

I've tried getting into my account several times, and I keep getting error messages across the top of the page in fine print, or a message that says you believe I'm a bot. I am not. And if I don't ship merchandise, you will penalize me. Please fix.

Since eBay is aware if this glitch you will not receive a defect.

Since you can log on here, click on the round button that's to the right of eBay Help and you should be able to switch from your profile here to your eBay account.
