Transactions missing from my account.

I made 3 purchases in December 4th which fail to appear in my EBay account.

They fail to appear in "All Ebay Purchases"

They fail to appear in "Hidden EBay Purchase"

The charges appear in Paypal as EBay charges, which makes it very perplexing as to what these charges are for. These are 3 orders I would have likely hidden, however, they do not show up on "Show Hidden" page - they are missing entirely from my account. The most recent "Show Hidden" item is March 25th, 2024.

I am posting the paypal information because that is the only record I have of these orders. The /itm urls work, the show?itemId= urls DO NOT WORK.

Is there any possibility that you made those purchases while signed in to a different eBay account?

Order links only work when you are signed in to the same account used to place the order.

The items are still listed, so eBay has not removed the listings for policy violations -- one common reason for transactions to disappear.

At least one of those sellers has apparently left feedback, and it appears the feedback was left for an account with no feedback stars:

I am not the only person who has lost records from December 4th, 2024. I searched through the history of bug reports and found another person with the same issue :

Again, this is NOT a "show hidden" error, the orders have literally disappeared from the EBay website in every way of viewing my account. I retrieved the emails for the orders to make the report above.

There is no feedback for the seller for these items.

All 3 items arrived safe and sound, luckily. I can provide photos of 2 of them (fork was mailed to ohio for a change of steerer tube).
