Traffic Page Not Changing
I am unsure if this is a glitch or what is happening. My traffic page has shown the same page views since this morning. With 2300 items and normally selling 5-10 items a day, it seems very suspect that I have had zero traffic for 8 hours. Is there somewhere to submit a ticket about this?

Hey @agentcloseteur! We apologize about the issues yourself and others are experiencing with the Traffic page not showing accurate data. This is a known site wide issue that has an open ticket set to be resolved under ALERT138554.

·1 year agoI am having the same issue today. Woke up this morning, made my coffee to see I had 1 view. I’m usually around 80-120 by 6 am. I have had friends go and check out listings and add them to their watchlist. It seems as if they watch a listing that will show on the listing count. But the only thing tallying views are promoted listings and your impressions. That’s atleast what I am experiencing. Hopefully they get it squared away soon.

·1 year agoyeah same for all of 1/12 and 1/13, i noticed it's only for organic hits but promoted is reporting. not saying there's no actual traffic vs it's a reporting error but sales have been down a bit in 36 hrs.

·1 year agoi listed 80+ listings last night, some with really high sell through rates, extremely competitive search (people search "vintage watch lot" etc and refresh it multiple times a minute within 5 minutes sometimes there's 30 views.
I woke up to two views and two items 1 with 1 watcher, 1 with 2 watchers... neither show views.
the items watched seem like things people that follow my store would buy.
also on the two items being watched, they took hours to show in my "send offers to buyers" section
still getting some traction on items listed as soon as two days before these...

·1 year agoalso decided to end 24 of the items that were set as auctions because of this. on the phone you can't get anyone that has accurate knowledge. they have to do something and talk to someone who does, then you pray that you get some kind of response but likely not. took multiple calls, 2 "leadership" team members to get this going.
ultimately wasted my alotted listings, paid listing fees, possibly going to have to wait multiple days to relist (if this is fixed soon) so that they don't end on weird days and times. Or I could have let them run and chance them not getting traction and selling for nothing.

·1 year agoThe 'views' counter MAY be messed up but that does NOT mean that nobody is viewing so you ended those for no reason.
I had more sales Friday/Saturday/Sunday than I've had in 2 weeks yet the 'views' were the lowest in the 2 weeks (and yesterday (Sunday) was a RECORD less than 100 views- which is SIMPLY BOGUS!
Hasn't anyone ever heard of a glitch??
People are seeing/viewing- just the 'counter' isn't currently working correctly.
Ignore it.
Doesn't matter.
Sales is what matters.

·1 year agonot risking it with some of the higher value items I listed...
stainlessenginecovers
·1 year agoWhat in the world do you think you were 'risking'?? Once you list, it's 1 Free listing used either way.
tke_878
·1 year agorisking them going for pennies instrad of a few hundred to a thousand dollars because ebay has something wrong and isn't showing items to people as it should. risking that it's just the counter and not actually views.

·1 year agoSo you don't do your auctions correctly and either do a reserve or (preferred) start them at the minimum amount you are willing to take. Got it.

·1 year agoSame here, listed 10 new items last night which are still showing zero views, though I have multiple watchers on some of them. Seems to be a glitch.

·1 year agoViews, or traffic, definitely wasn't working yesterday and I'm not sure that it's working properly today. My supposed views yesterday were around 90, down from about 350 on Saturday. Today I appear to have gotten stuck at 8, though I've already had 1 message from another user and 2 "send offers". Something is off, yet again.

·1 year agoyesterday I had 0 organic views. that is the first day I have ever seen 0 organic views. as of this starting yesterday my view count has been cut in half. 9 hours into today i still have 0 organic views and only 9 views in total. the views are way under where they usually are and many new items that get viewers have been listed this weekend. same as poster above the promoted views are in the normal range but this has cut views in half.

·1 year agoI track my traffic every morning, this morning, for yesterdays traffic (12th) it show 0 views for organic views, normally 140+ views.
Promoted seem normal.
External views are showing a bit less than half of normal.
My impressions, both organic and promoted are a bit higher than average.
Conclusion: obvious view glitch.

·1 year agoMy traffic count stopped at 43 views yesterday morning (1/12/25) and has been 0 for the last 24 hours. I'm glad you posted this because I was wondering if my store was suddenly out of favor! Hope they fix this soon.

·1 year agoSame case, my traffic count stopped yesterday, today zero views. It would be nice if eBay would send an agent to post a message about this.
