Tracking uploaded late due to weather, ebay removed after appeal YET IT STILL SHOWS
Not sure how many time I've reported this, maybe 5 so far, with at least 3 conversations over the phone with customer service. Bad weather in January of this year delayed my ability to ship on time, and I got 10 dings for it. I appealed and ebay agreed to remove, excellent right? Ebay sent 10 separate messages that they were removed on 2/10/26. BUT they weren't. . and they still remain on my Seller Dashboard, so I am below 100%. Each conversation I've had with CS, the rep said they escalated a request to a fix the error, and each time I was told it would be within 24 to 48 hr. So far nothing. I received a msg that I'm in danger of losing my seller status! What to do??

·5 months ago@forkeepers Reach out to eBay on their Instagram page. That's a different set of people than the phone reps. Please report back what they tell you.
