Top Rated Seller Plus unfairly taken from me
I just looked at my listings and my top-rated plus badge and status has been taken away from me for no reason- all my listings are 1-day and all other metrics are in line with my 'former' Top-Rated PLUS rating- WHAT GIVES? Did eBay make a mistake and if so, how can I IMMEDIATELY get it back for the holiday selling season? I was wondering why my sales have crashed recently- This is making me VERY upset! Who do I contact to rectify this? Is there ANYBODY TO CONTACT?

·2 years agoAccounts are reviewed around the 20th of each month and I believe that's when seller status is adjusted. Your's must have just been lowered a few days ago and should go back up next month if you modify your listings (only a couple I saw) for the free returns. So it won't be immediate.
But FWIW I don't think that your sales have crashed because you lost TRS+. You still have good FB and stars and customers don't shop only TRS+ stuff. It's not for them. They look for good items at nice prices. Maybe the crash had more to do with the holiday weekend and many people traveling...
