Time Away Not Working, Not Updating Delivery Times, Not Displaying Seller is Away on Listings.
Summary: alderantiques reported issues with eBay's Time Away feature not updating shipping dates or displaying vacation alerts, causing shipping deadlines to remain unchanged. mam98031 advised checking the settings or contacting eBay. Several others, including hdod7267, bettertogether21, and inventoryadjusters, shared similar problems, with some accounts affected across multiple users. eBay support acknowledged it as a known issue, with promises to resolve it. As of early October, the problem persisted, causing concern over accepting offers due to unchanged shipping requirements.
I am away but we still allow sales while we are away. We set our store to go on time away but to allow sales at noon pacific today. Ebay is supposed to update the shipping dates so that items do not have to be shipped until we return. The problem is that the individual pages are not showing that we are on vacation, which it has always done before and the shipping times are not updating. It was supposed to have started over 3 hours ago. We just got an order in and it still says we have to ship it by tomorrow.

·1 week agoWe are having the same issue as of today 9/30. Called ebay support tonight and they said it was a known issue (just as the previous person stated). Hopefully they will resolve it. I have had several offers but didn't want to accept them when the issue is still going on

·2 weeks agoWe are having the same issue across 3 accounts. All sales came after time of start and I still don’t see the normal alert on the top of our listings.

·2 weeks agoYou may not have allowed enough time for the Vaca setting to apply. When did you set it up and when did you want it to start. I too do not see that your listings are on Time Away.
You may want to go back and check your Time Away settings to make sure you didn't make an error. That is usually the simple answer. But if that is not it, IDK what is happening and you may need to contact Ebay directly to see what is happening and why.
