Third day in a row, I have new WATCHERS but can’t send offers
This message is for those experiencing persistent glitches with the eBay app and website.
For the past three days, whenever I open the app or website, I notice that many people are viewing my products and that I have several new WATCHERS. However, I haven’t been prompted to send them offers. At 1 AM, I checked the app to see if it was working properly and found that I had 67 offers to send. I was frustrated but happy that it seemed to be working until I attempted to send one of the offers. An error screen appeared, and then all the offers disappeared.
It’s becoming increasingly frustrating to pay the fees we, as sellers on eBay do, only to have them deliberately interfere with our sales. Last month, I experienced a similar issue.
I don’t need anyone to tell me to go on the website because I’ve already tried it, and the problem persists there. I don’t need anyone to tell me to uninstall and then reinstall the app, because I’ve done that, and it still doesn’t work. I’ve even uninstalled the app, reset my entire phone, and reinstalled it to see if that would fix it, but it didn’t. The issue isn’t with the sellers or the buyers; it’s with eBay itself. Its competency is deteriorating rapidly.
eBay is rapidly becoming one of those companies whose existence is increasingly uncertain. Not only do they excessively charge fees, but they also continuously interfere with sellers’ income by frequently updating their app. These updates often include frivolous features that most users don’t use, which then cause glitches. While it’s understandable that they want to fix bugs and security issues, that’s not what they’re doing.
At this juncture, there’s nothing we can do. This isn’t a seller's or buyer's problem; it’s a specific issue eBay itself is causing for its sellers, hindering their income and affecting buyers as well.

Any difference if you sign in to ebay.ca instead of ebay.com and try sending offers from there? That seems to work for some users.
If you are totally unable to send any offers, you should still have the option of lowering your prices (if there are no outstanding offers).

·5 months agoApparently you aren’t aware that watchers can turn off offers in communication preferences.
So probably not a glitch.
