THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN ENDING TIMES BETWEEN THE DESKTOP COMPUTER & MOBILE APP

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have had customers complain that they were the high bidder when an auction ended and they did not turn out to be at the end.....I could never understand what was happening to them but I think I have discovered the problem.....We found that at about the 20 second mark, the desktop goes right to "Ended" while the app continued to count down to the end.......This needs to be addressed as this is not good for bidders or sellers....

STILL, VERY TRUE, IT'S 2026 AND WE STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM, MAYBE IT'S AN EBAY STRATEGY.
