The "Track Package" button isn't working
Clicking the "Track Package" button on my order details page, doesn't do anything.
When clicking the button, the button changes color slightly. But, there is no tracking details provided.
Anyone else noticing this?

OP4 months agoThe "Track Package" button is re-enabled, and working, for me today.

·4 months agoNot working for me neither. It is the ebay track packages feature in both places (near top & bottom of page) from the my purchases screens. It is not the outside links to FedEx, UPS, or USPS, (because I can't get that far). Using Chrome without the App on a smart phone, not a desktop.

OP4 months agoI don't know... Just a theory... but, maybe they've inactivated the button for USPS for some reason, while they work out some issue on the backend. Again, just a guess.

Curious , what shipping service are you able get tracking info on (ie. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc)?
In my case, the package I'm trying to check tracking details on has been shipped with USPS.
The "Track Package" button was working very early this morning.
But now the button seems to be unresponsive.
I've tried in multiple different browsers, on multiple different devices (laptop and mobile), WiFi connected, and cellular connected... all behave the same way.

·4 months agoI just took a look to see and is FedEx. Not sure that it should matter what service was used, the window should open. Sorry you are having issues with it.

·4 months agoI just checked a package in transit and seems be working fine for me. Page opens and shows its progress.
