The system has twice lost my account name which has been the same since 1995. I had over 700 purchases with a 100% rating. I had to start a new account. Today, I could log into the new account name BUT my new feedback of 74 positives now says 34. What do I do since I have not been able to talk to a human. How can I speak to a human?

@rosduf0 If you are unable to sign in using your original username, try signing in using your email address associated with that original account as your username. If when you try to sign in with your email address eBay prompts you to create a new eBay account, your old account is gone.
