the posting for the item sold is froze.

As a seller I went to send an invoice to the buyer and accidently hit 'paid'. Now the buyer cannot get in to pay and I can't get into change anything either. We've tried to contact ebay through the system to no avail. The only option I am getting is to relist the item. Help!

Used to be that if you manually marked an order as paid a new option would show up in the dropdown for Unmark As Paid. I don't know if this still exists.

You could message the buyer and let them know that you will cancel the order, citing 'Buyer requested' and relist it for them to purchase again. Then, cancel the order, relist and re-sell. Good luck.
