The AI is no help
I keep trying to check my order to see if it has been sent out yet and I keep getting an error message saying that they cannot find my order. AI is useless because it only goes by the error message and says that I have no order. Is the website still having issues? I am getting very tired of the AI and I want to talk to an actual person! Please answer soon, I need someone to fix that error so I can check! If this keeps happening I am not going to order from eBay anymore!!!

You've only been registered here since May 8th.
Did you keep a record of the item #? What was the last estimated delivery date?
