Template Glitch
Hello eBay Support,
I have been experiencing an issue with inserting my custom template into the item description field while creating listings. Previously, when I inserted a template, it would appear exactly where my cursor was placed within the description, right below the Ai description . However, recently the template is always inserted at the top of the description, regardless of where I position the cursor.
This change has made editing listings more difficult and time-consuming. Could you please advise if this is a bug or if something has changed in the listing tool? Is there a way to restore the previous functionality where templates insert at the cursor position?

·1 year agoThis is a peer forum, not eBay CS. Others are having the same problem @bluechipz .
File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
