Technical Issue - Shipping Calculator
Shipping calculator not working. I enter all information and when I hit button to see shipping services, I get the message "an error occurred try again later".

·3 weeks agoI have been getting the same error message all day long. I tried on my desktop, different browser, and my phone app. I can't tally a customer's order, which is an issue.

OP3 weeks agoI also tried, with the help from a customer service representative, different browsers and my phone without success. Very frustrating as I can’t send combined invoices.
