Suspended after 20 days, appeal denied - is there any angle left?
Looking for an honest read from experienced sellers.
My selling account was permanently suspended about three weeks
after I opened it. No listings removed, no sales, no buyer
complaints, no policy warnings, and no verification request
before the decision.
I appealed. Support then asked me for ID and proof of address.
I sent both the same day - government ID with MRZ and a stamped
bank statement, both matching my registered name exactly. The
denial that came afterwards did not mention the documents at
all, and said the decision is final.
One thing I did not disclose in the appeal, and now think is
the real cause: I had opened an earlier account first. I had
selected Business by mistake, could not find how to change the
account type, so I abandoned it and opened a new one. The first
account had zero listings and zero sales, and neither account
was under any restriction at the time. The same payout account
is linked across both.
My questions:
1. Does a second account like this normally make a suspension
permanent, even when the first was never used and nothing
was being evaded?
2. Is there any channel left worth trying, or is this the end?
I would rather hear it straight than keep chasing it.
