Subject Nudes listings active in store but missing from eBay search on two seller accounts

The issue began after an enforcement/suspension sequence and has persisted even though both accounts currently show no active restriction. An eBay side representative independently tested affected item numbers and also could not find item in search.

have either of you ever seen this? i am still full collapse on subject nudes items and my non nude items are still found in search
both tickets just got reopened as support didn’t touch them after they were “escalated” for two days
i’m a double top rated seller and this has gone on so long im going to be force to close both businesses bc i haven’t gotten this resolved for literally months. thanks
