Store categories have disappeared. Only 1 of 6 showing.

Question

Earlier today everything was fine. This afternoon, I checked my storefront and only one of my categories is showing up. When I go to "Edit my store", I can see all six categories, but the public view only has one. All categories are standard ebay categories. I did not do any store editing or category changing at all before this happened.
The image below is what I see on the "Edit" page. These categories have been displaying fine for the past 4 months.

Any help is appreciated.

I found out what my problem was yesterday when I went to manage my store categories. Only 4 of 5 were showing up but it seems that there weren't any products in one of the categories I featured. I'm not sure why that happened. I usually create a category when we have a new line but there wasn't anything in it. I'll have to fix that.

So, my short answer is check to make sure that you have items in your featured categories. If you don't, it won't show.

Please follow @mamacassidy 's lead and tap the ? to report a tech issue. I've seen a bunch of scattered reports from sellers on this one so I'm sure it's already on eBay's radar, but the more sellers reporting, the higher priority it will get on eBay's fix list.

@jimshow ebay announced changes to the "Stores Ad" product on the 14th, and I posted questions about the changes, which were relayed to the Ads Team, which so far has refused to acknowledge the question or the fact that the changes still have not been released.

However, one of the changes was a reference to "curated collections" , which are currently only available in "Ambassador stores" but not in regular ebay stores. I think it is at least possible that they are working behind the scenes to add them to regular stores, and are, in the meantime, screwing up the Featured Categories display while they work on this. We'll see.

I just viewed your Store, and all the categories are hidden. But when I clicked on word CATEGORY, then all your different categories appeared.

The same thing happened to me yesterday (only 3 of 5 showing on my store front) and has not been corrected. I used the ? icon to report a technical issue. I'm not sure what else we can do at this point. This is an ebay program glitch, not a user error.
