SR# 1-474192954106 - Still Can't List Anything on Nonprofit Shop After Approval

I've gone thru the approval process as a nonprofit. I started the process on Feb 9. Yesterday (Feb21)

I received the following email-

"Hello ,
Thank you for reaching out to eBay Customer Service. My name is Ravishankar, and I will be supporting you today.

Great news, I have submitted the request to have your account updated. I am happy to inform you that the details has been updated and your account is good standing. You can go ahead and list the items. As of now you are not required to take any action. Happy Selling !

Thank you for choosing eBay. I am positive that you will continue to have successful transactions in the future. I really admire your membership and would surely be hoping for long-term business with you."

I STILL cannot list anything in my shop. When I try to list in my shop, I get this error message -

"You cannot publish this listing since your charity information is still being verified. This may take around 2-3 business days."

So, I'm approved but I still can't list anything. I have no clue who to contact b/c when I respond to this email, I get an auto response saying it's an unmonitored email.

Please help.
