"Sorry, we are experiencing a technical problem." when submitting offers
I get this a lot for the past month or two. Is anyone working on it? Is there a workaround?

·1 month agoI encountered this issue too recently and possibly found the cause. When you submit an offer, you can only submit one at most 5% lower than the original price. While using the app, they will warn you if the offer is too low. If you use the web version, they will show this error message only.

·4 months agoSo not sure if this applies or not, but if you have changed a price on an item or updated it in any way it takes about 30 minutes before you can send offers. If that isn't the issue I would try cleaning your cache as that seems to fix a lot of issues

·4 months agoI've been having the same issues. The past few months as well. Most offers I try and send get this message. Contacted ebay about it and they didn't know what was wrong. I have found using my phone to send offers gets rid of the messages but just makes it slower process. Any pc I use gives this message.

If you are having problems submitting offers on ebay.com, try submitting an offer on ebay.ca instead.

·4 months agoI don't know about the "past month or two," but there have been some issues starting with last weekend with this and other things. It seemed to mostly get resolved, but some people have posted about more tech issues since yesterday. I am currently not able to send out any offers.
If you see an item you'd like and the seller has offers turned on, I would message the seller and let them know your offer won't go through. Let them know what you are willing to pay and they can always lower the price or refund you the difference after purchase.
