Social Media Post Picture Issues & Errors and Auto Posting Not Working
Social auto posting has been down since June. Any word on this? I am speaking at the winter seller check in about holiday marketing with this feature being one of my go-tos. The auto-posting feature was amazing when it worked.
Currently I have to schedule my posts for Facebook and Pinterest separate from my Instagram post as Instagram is having picture issues when I post all three at the same time.
Social posting problems with posting all three at the same time.
And corrected the issue by posting Facebook and Pinterest together. and then Instagram after.

Manual posts are working for me again this morning. I do not use auto-posting. @ladydfunkyg is auto-posting working for you now?

OP7 months agoI just listed my 10 about 30 min ago so it might take a moment for the autos to generate. I will attach a screenshot as soon as I see.

·9 months agoI got it to auto-post again by deleting all my store categories and redoing it for all my listings. Which explains why it has been crickets from eBay support on this issue.

IG still does not want to take my pictures so I am trying something different and will see how that plays out.

·10 months agoSame here. Additionally, videos for sharing on YouTube will not complete the generation process.
ETA I have used the ? on the Social page numerous times over the past couple of months to report the issues.
