Size filter not showing when searching for clothing on desktop
The size filter has pretty much completely disappeared for me when searching for clothing on desktop (still works in the app). Even if I specify something like Men's > Shirts > Casual Button-Down Shirts in the filter, the size options aren't there. Clicking "More filters" doesn't help either. Searching for pants still gives waist and inseam options, but not the regular size options. Shoes still have the sizes for some reason. This has been happening for at least a couple days for me, wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Are you searching using a keyword, or just browsing the category?
Searching using a keyword and then narrowing to a specific category seems to work more consistently for me.

OP4 months agoI've tried vague search terms like "mens button down shirt" and I've tried searching exact style names. Neither are giving me a size option in the filters. I clicked your link and saw a size filter, then tried again a minute ago and the sizes were gone. Sizes used to show up consistently in searches for me, and now something has changed.

It might be worth trying another browser to rule out a browser issue, if using the link I provided no longer shows you filter options.

OP4 months agoGood idea! I tried another browser and the size filter worked. I also tried incognito mode in Chrome and the sizes also showed up with that. I'm not sure what could be causing them to not show up only when using regular Chrome.

·4 months agoIf another browser or an incognito browser window works better, it may be worth clearing your cache in Chrome, and possibly manually erasing just your eBay cookies. If that does not help, try temporarily disabling add-ons such as ad blockers to rule out a conflict of some kind.
