Site not working

Hello. I’m sure a lot of people are contacting you about the site not working but I just wanted to check and make sure it wasn’t on my end.

Sold an item 3-12-26. Paid for Shipping Label. Click Print. Top of page in red

Something went wrong and we were not able to generate the label.

I might have paid for shipping label twice in trying to print again. Tried Contact, AI will not connect me to a live agent call - All AI 'says' is:

Something went wrong. Please try again later. You can also get more info searching online help

Over and over again.

My item is marked SHIPPED, along with a tracking number. Well I can't ship the item because I have NO SHIPPING LABEL and can't talk to a person about this.

So that is my problem today. And if I don't ship it within the promised time, MY rating goes down. Frustrating.

Can you print the label from here:

- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay

- Find the label, then from the Actions drop-down list, select Download Label

- Select Print

When you post here, you're not actually contacting eBay. Maybe you were unaware of that.

Actually, as it has been explained many times, eBay does come here to look at reports of technical issues. Granted, this post doesn’t give them a lot to go on, but they do come here.
