Hello All!
Not able to view seller’s items, zoom in, and make purchases. When choosing ‘newly listed’, page starts convulsing erratically from big to small images then finally settles down on format to big for viewing. Also had issues with initially filling out ‘subject’ field of this ‘technical issues’ page. Type one letter and page immediately scrolls down & stops midway. I completely deleted my search history, reset iPad, delete emails, etc. to free up memory. Didn’t help. Only having these complications on eBay. Google search, company websites, forums, Amazon, Etsy, & others work fine. I’m sure folks @ ebay will eventually remedy aforementioned issues in due time. Any other patrons with similar problems? Thanx!

Browser or app? Latest version? Operating system version number?
Any difference if you try another browser?
With desktop browsers, some add-ons for things like grammar checkers or language tools have been known to cause problems with eBay text entry fields -- typing one letter and the cursor jumping to the end of the entry field, in particular. If you use anything like that on your iPad, see if you can disable it on eBay.

OP4 months agoHi Eburt!
Thanx for reply. I will try that in a few minutes. I’ve had iPad for almost 10 years. That might be a culprit as well.

OP4 months agoOK! eBay works FLAWLESSLY on iPhone. Time for new iPad. Not bad for almost 10 years of daily use. Be well

I just had to replace my Amazon Kindle because Amazon stopped supporting it, so I can sympathize.
