Site is a mess today...
Having an anchor store I used to get to talk with a rep after a few rings, now on hold for 10 minutes then the line comes to an end. Call back, 10 minutes decide I am tired of waiting.

So I am here to report the "system error" messages I've been getting on the website along with the make offer not working properly. Doing this 21 years, full time so no it's not all the check this, clear that, what browser are you using questions.

Three days of the site working fine, was back up to my average money made daily, yesterday errors started, sales started falling and today doing only a small fraction of what I do half way through my day. Some major issues are going on today with the website. Also there appears to be something wrong with messages, I have never gone this long without customers contacting me. Normally I get several an hour so to go like 18 hours with no customer emails is a huge red flag.

·3 years agoWe started getting weird errors yesterday and items we listed in 2021 and 2022 showing up in active listings. Up until yesterday we have been having our best sales this year and no sales today either....just crickets. 😞
