Since the promoted update change...
Since the promoted update change to the site, many things have not worked properly. My counts are still off from seller hub and store view, upstream failure with the blank page, system failures/server problems and now even today almost halfway through my day and I have only sold $100 worth of stuff (my average day before the update this month was over $800 a day).
We all know when they do something to the site it messes up so much more, my question is how long with these problems last. UUUUGGGGHHHH. lol (just venting so I can get back to work)

Only those that believe in the Tooth Fairy, Santa and the Easter Bunny 'believe' it has...
AS IS TYPICAL.
Always someone posting and then followers claiming things that REALLY have NOTHING to do with ANY change.
So predictable, and boring.

Well, hopefully Santa made it by this past Xmas because it looks like you have 2 issues:
1.) you are only showing 1/2 a day from 2 days ago...why??
2.) looks the same as Dec 21, 22, 23 so I'll say this:
ps. Here's mine and there is the same eb/flo that has been there for 10+ years!
(and by the way, NOBODY cares about 'impressions' as those can be on page 93 where on a 'returned search' but nobody would see it anyway.... VIEWS are what matters..if at all)

·8 months agoMaybe not all experiences are the same. Just like when updates are rolled out, not everyone sees the same thing at the same time.
Heck.. I saw an Ebay generated SKU in my account (on a sale). So, what is that ?.. lol. Just an example of something being fiddled with that I caught on my acount.
Obviously a lot of his post had to do with technical errors that are occurring. With such a large inventory, that spells more activity, and more opportunity to run into various glitches.

·8 months agoI un-promoted items in December and promoted about only 30 items.
My sales are so far great since the promoted update change.
I only sold one promoted item but my old listed items are selling.
I don't look at stats, impressions and all that stuff...eBay can't even give me the correct number of 'repeat buyers' so I don't bother with all that stuff anymore.

·8 months agoSince the change my promoted listings views have been cut by 50%, I have no stats of the campaigns, even if I delete a campaign and make one just like it there are no stats, no impressions, views, sales , etc. Yet I see promoted items selling in the traffic report and on listings sold. Am I the only one with this issue?
