Shopping cart items disappear
No matter how I add things to my shopping cart and no matter what device I use, NOTHING remains in my shopping cart. I have no idea how to fix this.

OP4 months agoJust an update. I have been on eBay for 29 years. I know how it works inside and out. I took advantage of the “We will call you” option and there is a trouble ticket out now as this is not an isolated problem.

·4 months agoJust a note and don't know if it is the case here, the shopping cart does not put a hold on the items that you put there. Anyone can still buy them. Are the items still available when you check them? If not, someone else must have bought them.

OP4 months agoTrust me, it is a bug. The same item that refused to stay in the cart allowed me to do a Buy It Now.

Any difference if you use the cart at ebay.ca instead of ebay.com?

OP4 months agoThat is odd. It works just like it should on the Canadian site. But that doesn’t help me for cart.ebay.com.

·4 months agoIf the cart works for you on ebay.ca, you should be able to use the cart on that site to combine purchases rather than using the cart on ebay.com.
There have been some recent complaints from users regarding the cart on ebay.com, though it seems to be working for me. I have not used it to purchase multiple items I can still add multiple items to my cart without any disappearing.
