Shipping Service Unavailable
I listed a small ice cream truck toy. And a customer brought it last Friday, except the shipping service is unavailable. I sold more than a dozen items and this has never happened before. Without the service, I can't print the label for the buyer. The primary service is USPS, even FedEx or UPS ground ain't optional. I tried relisting the item, and the same customer brought it this Monday. But Ebay is still saying shipping service is unavailable. I don't know what the technical issue is.

·2 weeks agoIt might be a glitch.
Usually when strange things happen on eBay, and I don't see anyone else posting with the same problem, I sign out and restart my computer or tablet.

·2 weeks agoDo you have any extreme sizes entered as dimensions (such as 1200 inches instead of 12 inches?)

·2 weeks agoThe listings you set up say they are to ship Priority Mail. So that is the method you need to use. Are you saying that when you go to create the shipping label, Priority mail is not an option?

·2 weeks agoI have no idea. I can't see your screens, so I really don't know what is happening. You may need to contact Ebay directly.
At the top and bottom of every page in Ebay are links to contact Customer Service.
You should save this information as it can come in handy from time to time. At the very bottom is a link in which you can request Ebay to call you.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT or ask an Agent to call you, in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

From this link you can request Ebay to call you in the USA. The option is available when Staff is available to respond, so NOT 24/7/365.
