Paid for a label & getting “technical difficulties” page when attempting to print.
Hey @granma726! Thank you for reporting this issue with printing shipping labels. There is currently an open ticket to have this resolved as soon as possible under ALERT16599.
I just spoke over the phone with an agent from eBay. They are aware of the issues and are working on the fix. I was advised to just stand by until the issue is resolved.
Having the same issue. On the phone with eBay for over 45 minutes sending screen shots and copies of proof that I paid for the label through eBay. They still have no clue what has happened and stating give it 24 to 72 hours!! They are sending to their technical support team. They cannot even refund / void the label so that I can buy one at the post office. In fact, none of the labels I purchased from eBay are showing up at all!!
Annoying and frustrating.. eBay seems to constantly have problems with shipping so I usually just buy 1 label at a time which isn't productive but it minimizes risk. I imagine their shipping team must be getting all kinds of internal alerts since label purchases would have dropped to zero... so hopefully it's back soon. I've be completely shocked if it's more than a few hours.
It's down as is the Labels section where you can normally go to reprint. I called in and reported it a few minutes ago but no ETA on a fix. They seemed surprised...and actually I don't even think the person I spoke with knew eBay did shipping lol.

·4 months agoIt should be resolved. It only lasted until this morning for me. If you're still having issues, I'd contact Customer Support.

·4 months agoI was just able to print a label that wouldn't earlier as well.
I did have to back out of the orders page entirely and go back into that order, but it worked. Just doing a page refresh didn't work.

·4 months agoI am still not able to buy or print a shipping label. Been this way since 8:30 AM, it’s currently 3:30 PM….. Any word on issue resolved?

·4 months agoIt's working again for me as of now. I was able to print off the labels from earlier and also buy and print new labels.

OP4 months agoI was just able to print off the label that I was unable to print earlier. Haven't tried printing any new labels yet, but will report when I do.
