Shipping Options missing

Just tried to create a listing from my computer like always and when I went to indicate the weight/dimensions my shipping options disappeared along with weight/dimensions? Any idea what's up? How do I get to them.

OPSep 6, 2026 at 6:45 PMI had to call and speak to a human. I don't have those option any longer!! Apparently I am in the Beta Program - (didn't ask to be part of it and I can't opt out)

Ship with eBay is a Beta progam
This is a new feature for select sellers. eBay will provide the label for you.

OP1 month agoI do see "Ship with ebay", I don't see where I can put in the weight, length, width, height and chose my shipping method.

Thank you for your replies.
So we've determined
1) you don't see "Ship with eBay"
2) you do have business policies and are used to them
3) you can't select your other policies
My business policies drop down is working, I always click were the yellow mark is.
Are you able to click the︙ 3 dots and create a new policy? (I know you don't want another policy, I just want to know if that's an option)
I will try to start a new thread since this one is very long.

·1 month agoThis has been an ongoing problem since last year for many sellers. Please see the linked discussions below. Seems to only be fixed once eBay is aware of the problem for those individual sellers.

Ship with eBay is a new thing, I am trying to determine @disneyfan12345 's exact situation.
The 3 links above are from 11 months ago, when there was a temporary issue.

·1 month agoEven with ship with eBay, nothing comes up. What's happening with some sellers is when you go to to the shipping section under any listing, new or revising an existing one, no options or able to be selected. No ship with eBay, no business policies, etc. The same happens with return and payment policies. Its as if those two sections on each listing have been disabled or locked for some sellers.

I need to know specifically what's happening with your account. Not other people's accounts.
Do you see "Ship with eBay" in the shipping area?
If so you are part of a Beta test of this program.
Eligible listings will have a simplified listing flow where sellers won't have to select a shipping option (eBay will select the best option for them) and any shipping costs are paid by the buyer at checkout to pay for the shipping label.
If you see something else, other than Ship with eBay then please share a screenshot so I can help.

·1 month agoI attached images of the problem. Same issues as described by the posts and comments in the links I provided. Regarding the original post disneyfan12345, those options are also missing for me. Its all shipping options and anything related to business policies including payment, return, and shipping policies. No options other than the one already selected appear.

It sounds like you are Opted-In to Business Policies. You can Opt-Out here:
The Opt-Out is in tiny writing on upper right.

Then you should be able to list your item as normal.

·1 month agoI have been having the same issue all this week. Opened up two IT tickets so far and no word from eBay. Unable to change any shipping or return policy on our 18k listings.
