Shipping Labels Can’t be Created

I was able to print out 9 shipping labels yesterday morning but by afternoon I keep getting an error message saying label cannot be generated and I have 6 more labels I need to create, this is so frustrating. I had CS call me and they said they created a ticket but to give it 48 hours to have it corrected. Anyone else ever have this issue?

Not sure if this is your problem but when I get those error messages go over to your shipping labels and see if the last label you tried to purchase actually went through, I find this to be the case each time, and you may end up paying twice for the same label. If it is in the shipping labels try printing or reprinting from there.
