When I click on print label, the pop up window does not appear. I have to download the label. It has been like this since the end of last week.

OP7 months agoYep @eastlaneave that is exactly what is happening to me. The PDF window is a download. Others are saying the same thing, so I wonder why nothing is being done to fix this.

It happens to me, too.
Normally there is a pop up
Now the page appears and I can click "Print a label" and *then* I get my pop-up and the pdf page.
Step by Step
1) Click Purchase shipping label
2) A pop-up of the print dialog should appear, but doesn't.
I am here, so I click Print Label
3) Now I get the pop-up print dialog over the PDF
The black is a new browser window with the pdf.
4) I print from the print dialog
5) I have to close the extra PDF window
I hope that makes sense.

OP7 months agoWhen I click on print label @kibble-net it does the same for me, but it is a download if you look in your history. Not sure the difference, but just something I noticed.

·7 months agoAs of last week, I noticed that the shipping label no longer popped up on its own as well.
However, clicking Print Label makes it appear and brings up the print dialog for me.

OP7 months agoI haven't changed anything. I always use the same browser. The change came out of nowhere. @eburtonlab

·7 months agoThe question is: what happens when you try a different browser?
You may not have explicitly changed anything, but something may have been changed, regardless. Trying a different browser is a way to rule out certain issues.

Any difference if you try another browser?
If that works better, check to make sure you have not chosen "print to PDF" as your destination rather than your printer in the original browser.
