Shipping label orientation wrong
I use 8.5" x 11" shipping labels, 2 per page that I can peel and stick when printed....all of a sudden today, instead of the labels printing sideways as they have always done, they now print vertically which means the adhesive labels I used are now useless....I did not change any settings on the computer or printer....just all of a sudden they started having wrong orientation...Can someone please help me fix this issue??? I am a senior and not computer literate...any instructions you can provide would be much appreciated....Thanks for any help

·3 months agoI have called Ebay, they don't seem to know what the problem is. When I click download it print the label in the wrong orientation and there is absolutely no way to fix it. I spent money on a printer that is not a paperweight. EBAY customer support has no solution to this.
