Just got two "shipment overdue" strikes on orders that fell within my two business day handling time, anybody else get this issue with the new update?

·8 months agoA few sellers have mentioned seeing odd “shipment overdue†flags since the recent update, so you’re definitely not the only one. As long as the label was purchased on time and the package was accepted by USPS within your stated 2‑business‑day handling window, it shouldn’t count against you once the system finishes syncing.
Dropping packages at the counter can help in situations like this because you get an immediate acceptance scan. When you use the drop box or lobby bin, sometimes the first scan doesn’t happen until later in the day — or even the next morning — which can make eBay think the shipment was late even when it wasn’t.
It’s not required, but if you’re seeing repeated issues, getting that counter scan is the safest way to avoid these false overdue notices.
Hopefully eBay irons out the glitch soon so you don’t have to change your routine.
