Service Unavailable - Zero size object
I started getting "Service Unavailable - Zero size object" on my Win 10 desktop when trying to view any eBay listing including my own. Started about a week ago, first intermittent and now constant.
Strange as it is not an issue with three other laptops here on win 11 or android phone.
Have already tried emptying cache, cookies, and browser history.
Any other things I should try?

·3 months agoThis is happening to myself and two other employees at my company that work in a completely different location. The only common elements between us are the accounts we log into and that we occasionally use the same vpn.
Winsock reset, clearing browser data (even reinstalling) is doing nothing to fix this. Its been happening for over a week now with seemingly no end. This is serious, we need to be able to visit our own listings

If you are still experiencing this issue, at least one user has indicated that turning off an ad blocker seemed to make things work better:

·4 months agoAny difference if you try another browser? Or a private or incognito browser window in your current problematic browser?
Are there any available updates for your current browser? Any difference if you disable add-ons like ad blockers?

I For now DuckDuckGo is working. If the issue returns I will try your other suggestions.

·4 months agoI have been having the exact same problem with the Safari browser (26.4) on my Mac Book. Tried several things. It does work in Firefox, but I hate Firefox and use it as little as possible. Safari is my primary browser, and I would like to be able to use eBay in it once again.

Your suggestions seem to be heading toward a solution. MS, Chrome, both have the issue. DuckDuckGo is working this morning.
However all browsers work fine for while after I perform a winsock reset in admin mode. Then the issue returns. I will wait and see if DuckDuckGo is the final solution. I don't mind using DuckDuckGo.
I will wait for a day or so and report back.

OP4 months agoUsing Duckduckgo has resulted in this issue not returning. Being invisible on the internet seems to be the answer. However I believe using any browser in the incognito mode would have the same result.
