Server Error when adding bank info

it was a huge pain to even find the 1 area that allows you to enter your own bank info. Now that I found it every time I enter my info it gives me an ALERT SERVER ERROR if the problem persists sign out and back in on the app... I have tried a ton of times. Customer support said they would transfer me to account info tech and then hung up.

Have you tried a web browser and going to the site?
