Hi everyone,
I keep running into the following error popup whenever I am trying to interact with auctions (placing bids / loading auction listings):
"Oops! Looks like we're having trouble connecting to our server. Refresh your browser window to try again."
This has been particularly frustrating because it prevents me from placing bids on time.
Here is what I have already tried so far:
Refreshing the page repeatedly.
Clearing my browser's cache and cookies.
Testing on different browsers and in private/incognito mode.
The problem persists specifically on auction pages. Is anyone else having trouble bidding or experiencing server glitches on auctions today? Is eBay aware of an outage?

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Those can cause issues.
Try another network connection if you can.
Or try using a different eBay country site if ebay.com is not working for you.
Make sure the seller ships to Venezuela; if the seller does not, the seller may also be blocking bids or offers from there as well.

OP2 weeks agoI'm not using a VPN. Also, I have friends in my city who use the same internet service provider, and they are able to participate in the auctions.
