Send offer to buyer feature not working correctly

Every time I try to send an offer to a buyer, I enter the amount as in $13 when I hit review offer it goes to the next page and the amount changes zero as in photo and it will not send an offer

Hi @retrofinds71 . This is a known issue with Mobile Web (using a browser on a mobile device).

Until eBay fixes this you can download the app and use that, or you can use a computer with the classic website - both of those are working.

If you're on iOS 15 you should still be able to get a version of the app that will run on your device. Follow these instructions from eBay:

Delete your eBay app.
Go to the App Store, search for eBay.
When you download it you will see this alert, tapping download should allow you to get a version that will run on your device.
