Send Message button not working (wont turn blue to send) on Manage All Orders screen
Summary: La discusión gira en torno a un problema técnico con el botón "Enviar mensaje" que no funciona correctamente en la pantalla de "Gestionar todos los pedidos". I always send emails from the Manage All Orders screen as I contact multiple buyers during the same time I allocate for order updates.
You can type your message in the box, but the Send Message button doesnt activate and turn blue to select it, it stays grayed out. Somthis is broken right here.
If you go into every separate single order detail area, you can send a message to a buyer, but this takes a lot more time and page changes.

Can't send message to let buyer know item ships via ____, Can't print packing list for buyer
Tried every avenue (It did work prior B4 5/20/2026)
Overview seller hub ACTIVE listings 3 DOTS, Edit, Sell Similar, Actions, sell it Faster, Search Title*SKU*or Item Number............... DON'T function at all
Extremely Disappointed with ebay & what's worse * I can't do anything about it..... Neither can ebay fix it.....

Any difference if you try another browser to rule out a browser issue?

·4 months agoAdditional Info: Can't receive notifications of items newly listed & can't add items to watch list.
I've tried everything changed & Up-dated Browser(s), Re-Boot Lap-Tap, cleared cookies, caches with NO Luck.....
ebay is doing everything perfectly to SCREW UP the current Seller Hub & has done NOTHING to fix GLITCH'S and/or BUG'S * My Sales are down 75%.....
All I can do is: PRINT shipping label & Revise listing(s) & ADD New listing(s) NOTHING MORE & NOTHING LESS. FACT: I'm not the only one alone with these PROBLEMS

What operating system are you using? What browsers have you tried?
It might be worth trying a new installation of a popular browser you have not tried with default settings and no add-ons to rule out problems with settings or add-ons.
If that does not help, see if you can send messages directly from a non-Seller Hub page.
